Safety & Workplace Notices:
It is the policy of our District to provide a safe and healthful workplace. Every employee is responsible for the safety of himself/herself as well as others in the workplace. To achieve our goal of maintaining a safe workplace, everyone must be mindful of safety at all times. In compliance with California law, and to promote the concept of a safe workplace, the District maintains an Injury and Illness Prevention Program as part of a comprehensive approach to safety and risk management.

In Case of Workplace Injury:
- Injured Worker notifies supervisor
- Injured Worker immediately calls Tristar – Company Nurse at 1(844) 752-0415
- Company Nurse gathers information over the phone and helps the injured worker access appropriate medical treatment.

Required Online Annual Training (Keenan) – based training modules are separate from and in addition to the notices contained in this document. Mandated training is a condition of employment and must be completed by the due date. Click here For more information regarding mandated trainings and notices.
- Required trainings will be assigned annually and on hire by Human Resources.
